There aren't any huge blockbusters in there, but there are plenty worth checking out before they're removed from the Game Catalog. Risk of Rain 2, for instance, is a popular recommendation. The roguelike third-person shooter has a ton of content, and is great if you're looking for a new game to play with friends, since it supports four-player online co-op.
Another standout is Tropico 6, a city-building and management sim that puts you in control of a banana republic. The long-running series has a consistently engaging political simulation sandbox – with a heaping amount of satire – and trying Tropico 6 before it leaves PlayStation Plus in July may be the perfect opportunity to dip your toes in before Tropcio 7 comes out later this year.
Like any batch of PlayStation Plus games, though, there's great variety here, and most of the dozen can be played thoroughly in a month's time. If you're a golf video game fan, there are, curiously, two separate ones leaving PS Plus in July – Cursed to Golf and Infinite Minigolf.
