Brian Fallon has announced a UK, European and North American headline tour for 2026. Find all the details below.

The frontman of The Gaslight Anthem will hit the road this autumn in support of his new solo album, ‘Not Bad For New Jersey’, which arrives on September 10 via his own Lesser Known Records.

He’ll be joined on stage by his backing band, The Painkillers, at the forthcoming shows.

Fallon’s extensive trek this year is due to kick off in Brooklyn, New York, on September 10. Dates will follow in Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Austin, Philadelphia and other cities throughout that month and into October.

From there, Fallon is scheduled to head to Europe in early November for gigs in Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Antwerp and Amsterdam.

The UK and Ireland leg will begin on November 10 with a concert at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London. He’ll then take to the stage at Manchester’s Albert Hall the following night (11) before making stops at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre (13) and the University Of Glasgow’s Queen Margaret Union (15).

Support comes from Emily Wolfe, Dave Hause, Donovan Woods, Ben Nichols, Tim Barry and Chris Farren at select dates.

Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time next Friday (June 26). You’ll be able to buy yours here (UK and Ireland), here (Europe) and here (North America). Alternatively, fans can access a pre-sale at the same time on Tuesday (June 23) by signing up here.

Writing on social media to announce the tour, Fallon said: “I love you! Please buy my tickets so I can feel good when my friends tell me about other shows they went to that were less good than these will be.”

Fallon also has two sold-out US gigs coming up, taking place at West Hollywood’s Troubadour tomorrow (Saturday June 20) and Reggies Chicago on Monday (June 22). He’ll return to the latter city in September for Riot Fest 2026.

‘Not Bad For New Jersey’ features guest appearances from Brandon FlowersDef Leppard’s Phil Collen, and Marc Ribot. The collection will mark Fallon’s first original solo album in more than five years. He has already previewed the project with the singles ‘Pearls’ and ‘Better Before’, as well as the title track.

“From the beginning I knew I had to fully lean into the passion and lunacy of all these songs I felt inspired by – there wasn’t much room for subtlety,” Fallon explained, citing Bryan Adams’ ‘Run to You’ and The Police’s ‘Every Breath You Take’ as key touchstones.

“There was so much childlike joy in writing and recording all these songs. The whole album came together so naturally, with a level of creative fulfilment I hadn’t experienced in a very long time.”

In 2023, Fallon spoke to NME as part of our Does Rock ‘N’ Roll Kill Braincells?! series, and put his memory to the test when asked tricky questions about his career. At one point, he correctly recalled which Gaslight Anthem song The Killers covered back in 2017.

“‘American Slang’,” he answered, sharing his fondness for the frontman. “It was a good version, and I was excited ‘cause I really like The Killers. I know Brandon Flowers a little bit. We text mostly about Depeche Mode – we’re both big fans.”

Earlier this year, Fallon joined forces with Fender to release a limited edition custom guitar.

The Gaslight Anthem released their sixth and latest studio album, ‘History Books’, in 2023, with Bruce Springsteen appearing on the title track.
